🌿 The Light That Shines from the Heart 💡

Once, I had the opportunity to visit a patient in one of our projects.

While we were talking, I noticed a corner of the house filled with old glass bottles.

It looked like they were making something, so I asked, “What are you doing with those bottles?” The patient’s son smiled and said, “Someone hired us to make lanterns.”

That short answer immediately caught my attention.

The two boys eagerly explained how they began their work,

one son cleaned the bottles carefully, the other cut them into shape,

and their father helped assemble the pieces into beautiful lanterns.

They shared that they collect all those bottles by themselves,

sometimes from trash piles, sometimes along the roadside.

Every step, every detail, was done entirely by their own hands. 🌿💡

What I saw wasn’t just skillful craftsmanship, but a reflection of their resilient hearts.

Even in the midst of hardship, they found a way to create a small source of income using what they had. Sometimes, the light from their lanterns doesn’t just shine through the darkness , it also reveals the beauty of their perseverance

and the quiet strength that comes from hope. 🌟
