"Oh, thank God so much! I have been considered hearing impaired for more than twenty years but have never had the opportunity to see my own ear canal. This is the first time seeing inside my ear canal, which clears up my curiosity about what has been in my ear all this time. Thank you to the SHALOM team for taking care of my ears.” This is the voice of a hearing-impaired person whom SHALOM team helped by using an electronic otoscope that shows images on a phone, allowing the user to see clearly inside the ear canal.
"SHALOM team used an electronic otoscope and found a large amount of earwax almost completely blocking the ear canal. This caused the ear that still had some hearing ability to hear unclearly and have a buzzing sound. The team recommended that he use baby oil in his ear for 2-3 days before we could try to remove the earwax. After we removed the earwax, he could hear clearly again."
