Once a week, we visit Huay Kob Bann Mai Village to spend time and do activities with the children there. This time, we came up with a special idea to use coffee as a bridge to build relationships with the people in the village.

Our plan was to invite them to sit down, enjoy a cup of coffee, and share conversations, so our team could get to know them better, and they could get to know us as well. We had the opportunity to invite a coffee shop owner, who is skilled in brewing coffee, to join us. We brought along drip coffee equipment, picnic tables and chairs, and some banana cake to serve alongside the freshly brewed coffee.
It was the first time we had ever made coffee for them. At first, they seemed a little shy and hesitant to approach us. But before long, laughter and conversations began to flow. People slowly came over to taste the coffee and chat with us in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
This became a beautiful beginning to a relationship we hope will continue to grow and flourish in the days to come.
