Educational development and mentoring of student age clients in SHALOM
After-school education-based ministry with a focus on English
Coordinate basic computer literacy & other subjects through visiting or off-site volunteers and online learning platforms
Community outreach - building bridges through fundraising and disbursement of educational sponsorships for schools or online learning platforms/courses, volunteer teaching sessions at the local schools
Video-based outreach using lessons with integrated bible teaching and principles
Program Development
The program began with community visits to school age SHALOM clients and video-based outreach (PEACE English on YouTube) using lessons with integrated bible teaching and principles. With the relaxation of COVID restrictions in February 2022, the program has expanded to on-site small group English-for-Thai-speakers lessons in the preschool and early school-age groups at our education centre.

From vocabulary and counting to educational art activities and songs, Kru (Teacher) Lindsey has compiled many of her lessons for students' learning in an online video library.
